El 13 de agosto del año 2025, se inició en la Notaría a mi cargo la SUCESION INTESTAMENTARIA ACUMULADA A BIENES DE LOS SEÑORES FERNANDA GONZALEZ PEREZ Y FRANCISCO MARTINEZ GUEL también conocidos como FERNANDA GONZALEZ, FERNANDA GONZALEZ DE MARTINEZ y FERNANDA GONZALEZ DE MTZ; y FRANCISCO MARTINEZ Y FRANCISCO MARTINEZ GUELL, quienes fallecieron el día 13 de agosto del 2020 y 03 de septiembre de 2020. Habiéndose presentado ante el suscrito, los presuntos herederos señores RAUL MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, MARTHA MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, MARIA MATILDE MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, MARIA DEL ROSARIO MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, MA. DE LOURDES MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, FLORENTINA MARTINEZ GONZALEZ Y MARIA GUADALUPE MARTINEZ GONZALEZ, manifestando que acepta la herencia y nombran como albacea a la señora MARIA GUADALUPE MARTINEZ GONZALEZ quien a su vez acepta el cargo de albacea y procederá a formular el inventario de los bienes de la herencia.
