Se presentaron ante el Suscrito, la señora FLORINDA MORALES SALAZAR y los señores MARTHA BEATRIZ ESCAMILLA MORALES, DAVID PORFIRIO ESCAMILLA MORALES, JUAN GABRIEL ESCAMILLA MORALES, AGUSTIN ESCAMILLA MORALES, MARTINA ESCAMILLA MORALES, FLORENTINO ESCAMILLA MORALES, JOSE ANTONIO ESCAMILLA MORALES y FRANCISCO JAVIER ESCAMILLA MORALES, en su carácter de Únicos y Universales Herederos, a denunciar la SUCESION TESTAMENTARIA ADMINISTRATIVA a bienes del señor PORFIRIO ESCAMILLA LIRA, presentándome Acta de defunción y Testamento dictado por el de cujus, designando como sus Únicos y Universales Herederos a su esposa la señora FLORINDA MORALES SALAZAR y sus hijos los señores MARTHA BEATRIZ ESCAMILLA MORALES, DAVID PORFIRIO ESCAMILLA MORALES, JUAN GABRIEL ESCAMILLA MORALES, AGUSTIN ESCAMILLA MORALES, MARTINA ESCAMILLA MORALES, FLORENTINO ESCAMILLA MORALES, JOSE ANTONIO ESCAMILLA MORALES y FRANCISCO JAVIER ESCAMILLA MORALES. Así mismo en dicho Testamento designó como ALBACEA la señora FLORINA MORALES SALAZAR, quien en este acto acepta el nombramiento, manifestando que procederá a formular el inventario de los bienes que forman el caudal hereditario. Se publica este aviso por dos ocasiones de (10) diez en (10) diez días, en cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el segundo párrafo del artículo 882 del Código de Procedimientos Civiles, Vigente en el Estado.
